What's Covered:

Defects in stitching, zippers, and hardware.

Faulty materials or construction that compromise the bag's functionality.

What's Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, and stains.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.

Bags purchased from unauthorized retailers.

How to Make a Claim:

Additional Information:

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Shipping costs for returning the bag for repair or replacement may apply.

We reserve the right to repair or replace the bag at our discretion.
